推動措施 Implementation Measures

清華大學鼓勵跨領域研究的對象包含全校師生。在學生部分，為培育學生具備跨領域專長及多元能力，學校設置了「跨院系學分學程」，學生可以靈活選擇相關課程，在畢業前修滿規定科目，符合學程要求即可申請學程證書。同時，自2006年起成立「院學士班」，學生修讀所屬學院之第一專長（30至36學分），及全校10個學院所提供的43種第二專長（26至33學分），畢業時可取得所屬學院的學士學位並在畢業證書上註記修讀的2個專長。2022年推動X-Class修課制度，在授課教師有提供完善的非同步的教學資源前提下，學生可不受時空限制，修習同時段的兩門課程。

為鼓勵教師從事跨領域研究，本校提供多項補助計畫。如火種計畫鼓勵教師、研究人員跨科學學科共同合作，催生領頭科技。跨領域研究計畫希望促進校內不同領域間(特別是與教育學院與藝術學院的合作優先)，創造更多的可能性。

For Students

To cultivate interdisciplinary expertise and diverse skill sets, NTHU has established the "Cross-Disciplinary Program", allowing students to flexibly select relevant courses. Students who complete the required credits before graduation and meet program requirements can apply for a certification of completion. Additionally, NTHU has introduced the "Interdisciplinary Program" since 2006, where students pursue a primary specialization within their respective colleges (30 to 36 credits) and choose from 43 secondary specializations (26 to 33 credits) offered by the university’s 10 colleges. Upon graduation, students receive a bachelor's degree from their respective colleges, with both specializations noted on their diploma. In 2022, NTHU launched the "X-Class course selection provision", allowing students to take two courses scheduled at the same time, as long as one of the courses offers well-structured asynchronous learning resources.

For Faculty

To encourage faculty engagement in interdisciplinary research, NTHU offers various funding programs. For example, the "Seeding Project" supports faculty and researchers for interdisciplinary research purposes amongst science disciplines, fostering breakthrough technologies. The "Interdisciplinary Research Project" aims to facilitate cooperation across different fields within the university, particularly prioritizing partnerships with the College of Education and the College of Arts, to create new academic and research opportunities.
