行政支援 Administrative Support

清華大學致力於建構完善的跨領域研究環境，除了硬體設施的投入外，更提供實質的行政支援：

1. 研究發展處
   研究發展處目前設有處本部、綜合企畫組、計畫管理組等核心單位，分別負責整體研究政策的規劃與行政事務，管理各類研究專案與經費執行。在校內扮演整合跨領域資源的核心角色，致力為跨領域團隊提供全方位的行政支援。
2. 國際產學營運總中心
   為跨領域研究團隊提供全方位支持，包括研究計畫申請輔導、實驗設備的採購與管理、內外部資源整合，並推動學研成果應用於產業及促進各研究中心之間的協調。

NTHU is committed to building a comprehensive interdisciplinary research environment, providing substantial administrative support in addition to its investment in physical infrastructure:

1. Office of Research and Development
   The Office of Research and Development currently consists of core units including the Office of Research Development, the Division of General R&D Administration, and the Division of Project Management. The office is responsible for planning overall research policies, handling administrative affairs, and managing various research projects and budget execution. As a core hub for integrating interdisciplinary resources on campus, the ORD is dedicated to providing all-around administrative support for interdisciplinary teams.
2. Operations Center for Industry Collaboration
   The center provides comprehensive support for interdisciplinary research teams. This includes guidance for research project applications, the procurement and management of experimental equipment, and the integration of internal and external resources. Furthermore, it promotes the practical application of academic research results within industry and facilitates coordination among various research centers.
